An FK-space E is said to have the Wilansky property (W) if every dense FK-space F of E satisfying \(F^{\beta}=E^{\beta}\) (\(\beta\)-duals) must coincide with E. Since the Wilansky property (examined in different papers of W. Stadler and G. Bennett and in various joint papers of D. Noll and W. Stadler) has interesting applications in summability it is important to have criteria concerning the question when a convergence domain \(c_ A\) (with respect to an infinite matrix A) has the Wilansky property. Following this aim the author introduces in the present paper the definition of BK-spaces being null for block sequences. The main result of the paper (Theorem 2) says that each BK-space E containing the finite sequences \(\Phi\) such that \(E^{\beta}\) is null for block sequences and \(\Phi\) is complemented in the topological dual \(E'\) has the Wilansky property. One of the consequences of this theorem (Theorem 4) is that \(c_ A\) has the Wilansky property if A is a perfect normal matrix with columns in \(c_ 0\) and such that \(c_ A^{\beta}\) is null for block sequences (being fulfilled if the BK-space \(c_ A^{\beta}\) is separable).
