Two theorems on quasireflexive Banach spaces (Q2276724)

Theorem 1. The following statements are equivalent: (i) A Banach space X is quasi-reflexive, (ii) Every linear bounded injection T: \(X\to Y\) into any Banach space Y maps bounded closed separable subsets of X to \(G_{\delta}\)-subsets of Y. The second theorem describes pairs of Banach spaces which have non- quasi-reflexive isomorphic subspaces.
