For some interesting cases when transmitting digital signals (transmission cables, magnetic recording of audio and video systems) the spectrum is not a narrow band one but a rather broad band one. On the other hand, many physical devices do not transmit the mean component (the zero frequency spectrum). So it is of interest to synthesize signal code constructions for which the spectrum vanishes in a little zero frequency vicinity. In the paper a synthesis for such signal code constructions is presented by the use of the theory of convolutional codes. For the proposed scheme the decoding is estimated by the maximum likelihood principle using the Viterby algorithm. Also, the graphics for spectra corresponding to some realizations are given. The paper is well elaborated and will be of high interest for code transmitting system engineers.
