The main purpose of this paper is to establish asymptotic constancy of solutions of functional-differential equations with infinite delay for which each constant function is a solution. For the basic results the Lyapunov-Razumikhin techniques and the location of positive limit sets of precompact orbits are used. Some classes of admissible spaces and appropriate comparison principles are considered for examining the equations.
