The author studies the limiting process as \(p\to+\infty\) for an anisotropic \(p\)-Laplacian eigenvalue problem with a Neumann boundary condition. The solutions are considered in a viscosity sense. The comparison with the corresponding Dirichlet problem is discussed. Results dealing with existence and geometric properties of the first \(\infty\)-eigenfunctions are presented.
