The paper is devoted to a three-dimensional model consisting of one prey and two predators involving Beddington-DeAngelis and Crowley-Martin functional response \begin{align*} \frac{dX}{dT} & =rX\left(1-\frac{X}{K}\right)-\frac{m_1XY_1}{a+bX+cY_1} -\frac{m_2XY_2}{(1+dX)(1+eY_2)}\\ \frac{dY_1}{dT} & =\frac{\alpha m_1XY_1}{a+bX+cY_1}-c_1Y_1Y_2-d_1Y_1\\ \frac{dY_2}{dT} & =\frac{\beta m_2XY_2}{(1+dX)(1+eY_2)}-c_2Y_1Y_2-d_2Y_2. \end{align*} Sufficient conditions on the existence of nontrivial equilibrium points, boundedness of all solutions, local and global stability of the equilibriums are obtained.
