This paper continues the author's study of the birational geometry of moduli spaces arising from linear algebra. The moduli space under consideration here is the space of complete skew-forms \(\mathcal A(n)\). This is a compactification of the space of skew-symmetric linear maps \(V \rightarrow V\) modulo scalars, where \(V\) is a vector space of dimension \(n+1\). The main results of the paper are -- computations of the cones of nef and effecitve divisors on \(\mathcal A(n)\) (Theorem 1.1) -- the computation of a set of minimal generators of the Cox ring of \(\mathcal A(n)\) (Theorem 1.1) -- the determination of the Mori chamber decomposition and stable base locus decomposition for the effective cones of \(\mathcal A(n)\) for \(n \in \{4,5,6,7,8\}\) (Theorem 1.2) The basic ingredients of the proofs are -- the description of \(\mathcal A(n)\) as an iterated blowup of \(\mathbb P(\bigwedge^2 V)\) along the secant varieties of the Grassmannian \(\mathrm{Gr}(1,n)\) -- the structure of \(\mathcal A(n)\) as a wonderful variety for the natural action of \(\mathrm{SL}(n+1)\). For part I see [the author, ``On the birational geometry of spaces of complete forms. I: Collineations and quadrics''. \url{arXiv:1803.09161}].
