The authors investigate the influence of a general non-local advection term of convolution form to propagation bounds for the solutions in the one-dimensional Fisher-KPP equation. The considered model is a generalization of the Keller-Segel-Fisher system and have the form: \[{{u}_{t}}+{{[(K*u)u]}_{x}}={{u}_{xx}}+u(1-u), (t,x)\in (0,\infty )\times \mathbb{R}\] \[u(0,x)={{u}_{0}}(x)\ge 0,\] where \(u\), represents the population density of a species and \(K\in {{L}^{1}}(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R})\) is a bounded odd function which is monotonic except at \(x=0\) where can have a first kind jump. The aim of the work is to obtain explicit propagation bounds for solutions of the considered model. When \(K\in {{L}^{1}}(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R})\), they obtain a lower bound on the propagation of \(2t\). It is obtained also an upper bound of the form \({{c}^{*}}t\), where the speed \({{c}^{*}}\) is given explicitly. Note that the author's heuristic claim that this is sharp, but the obtaining a matching bound is still an open question. Furthermore when \(K(x)\tilde{\ }{{x}^{-\alpha }}\) as \(x\to +\infty\) for some \(\alpha \in (0,1)\), it is established that the front is at \(O({{t}^{-\alpha }})\) and when \(\underset{x\to +\infty }{\mathop{\lim }}\,K(x)>0\), the front moves exponentially. In the case when \(K\in {{L}^{p}}(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R})\) with \(p\in (1,\infty )\) and is nonincreasing it is proved that the position of the ``front'' is of order \(O({{t}^{p}})\) and \(O({{e}^{\lambda t}})\) for some \(\lambda >0\), if \(p=\infty\) and \(\underset{x\to +\infty }{\mathop{\lim }}\,K(x)>0\).
