Let \(\mu(x)\) be the irrationality measure exponent of the number \(x\). Then the authors prove that \(\mu(\arctan (\frac 13))\leq 6.096755\). The proof is based on the calculation of the special integral and arithmetical properties of the number \(\arctan (\frac 13)\).
