    Let \(H_{n}^{(s)} (z)=\sum _{k=1}^{n}\frac{1}{(k+z)^{s} } \) and \(A_{n}^{(s)} (z)=\sum _{k=1}^{n}\frac{(-1)^{k-1} }{(k+z)^{s} } \). The authors study the four parametric Euler sums \(S_{p{\kern 1pt} q}^{++} (a,b)=\sum _{k=1}^{\infty }\frac{H_{k}^{(p)} (a)}{(k+b)^{q} } \), \(S_{pq}^{+-} (a,b)=\sum _{k=1}^{\infty }\frac{(-1)^{k-1} H_{k}^{(p)} (a)}{(k+b)^{q} } \), \(S_{pq}^{-+} (a,b)=\sum _{k=1}^{\infty }\frac{A_{k}^{(p)} (a)}{(k+b)^{q} } \), \(S_{pq}^{--} (a,b)=\sum _{k=1}^{\infty }\frac{(-1)^{k-1} A_{k}^{(p)} (a)}{(k+b)^{q} } \) , and obtain certain representations for them involving zeta values. In particular, the expressions \(S_{pq}^{++} (a,b)+S_{qp}^{++} (b,a)\), \(S_{pq}^{+-} (a,b)+S_{qp}^{-+} (b,a)\), and \(S_{pq}^{--} (a,b)+S_{qp}^{--} (b,a)\) are evaluated in closed form. Various other accompanying results are provided too.
