The paper aims to provide a rigorous proof of the existence of the propagator for the three-dimensional equation with a regularized repulsive Coulomb potential (i.e., as a matter of fact, the accordingly regularized model of the hydrogen atom). The regularization aims to remove the singularity of the potential, which is replaced by one \(V(r)=r^{-1}\exp(-C/r)\), where \(r\) is the radial coordinate, and \(C>0\) is the regularizing constant. The proof is based on using the Fourier transform of the regularized potential. A generalization for a multi-particle setting is considered too.
