Summary: In this paper, we study a nonlinear Steklov eigenvalue problem involving the \(p(x)\)-Laplacian on a bounded domain. We introduce a new variational technique that allows us to investigate this problem without need of the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition on the nonlinearity.
