The purpose of this paper is to give a sufficiently general definition of coarse equivariant homology theories in such a way that it applies to a vast generality. Concretly, the authors use the universal localizing invariant functor \(\mathcal{U}_{\mathrm{loc}}:\mathrm{Cat}^{\mathrm{ex}}_{\infty}\to \mathcal{M}_{\mathrm{loc}}\) from the category of small \(\infty\)-categories. Then, construct a functor \(Ch^{b} _{\infty}: \mathrm{Add}\to \mathrm{Cat}^{\mathrm{ex}}_{\infty}\) from the category of small additive categories that sends a small additive category to the category of bounded chain complexes where one inverts homotopy equivalences. Let \(UK\) be the composition \(Ch^{b}_{\infty}\circ U_{\mathrm{loc}}\), \(G\)-BornCoarse denote the category of bornological coarse spaces and \(V^{G}_{A}: G\text{-BornCoarse}\to\mathrm{Add}\) be the functor of \(X\)-controlled \(A\)-objects. Let \(UK\mathcal{X}^{G}_{A}\) be the composition \(V^{G}_{A}\circ UK\). The authors prove that this functor is an equivariant coarse homology theory. As an example of this, they show how to construct topological Hochschild homology. Moreover, the authors show how to assembly the functors \(UK\mathcal{X}^{H}_{A}\) for the subgroups of a group \(G\) to construct another equivariant coarse homology functor \(\underline{UK\mathcal{X}_{A}}\).
