In the present paper, some generalizations of Banach fixed point theorem, Caristi's fixed point result, and Nadler's fixed point theorem for set-valued mappings are presented. The results are very interesting because the assumptions are very simple and can be very easily verified. Also, there are the estimations of the accuracy of the exact fixed point and its approximation by the $n$-th term of the sequence of iterates (very easily to get as well).
