In the present notice the result of [\textit{D. V. Georgievskii}, Mosc. Univ. Mech. Bull. 68, No. 1, 1--7 (2013; Zbl 1409.74008); translation from Vestn. Mosk. Univ., Ser. I 67, No. 6. 26--32 (2012)] about equivalence between the classical formulation of an elasticity theory problem and its possible formulation in terms of stresses for the case of a parallelepiped is generalized for a domain for whose boundary the Stokes formula is valid.
