Let \(A^\dagger\) denote the Moore-Penrose inverse of a closed-range operator \(A\in B(H)\). The reverse order law for the triple product, that is, \((ABC)^\dagger=C^\dagger B^\dagger A^\dagger\), is investigated for Hilbert space operators in the paper of \textit{N. Č. Dinčić} and \textit{D. S. Djordjević} [Linear Multilinear Algebra 62, No. 7, 918--924 (2014; Zbl 1312.47002)]. Motivated by another paper of \textit{N. Č. Dinčić} and \textit{D. S. Djordjević} [Linear Algebra Appl. 435, No. 11, 2658--2673 (2011; Zbl 1221.47002)], the author uses the ternary powers and ternary polynomials of bounded operators between different Hilbert spaces and the Borel functional calculus for bounded Hermitian operators to generalize some results related to the mixed-type reverse order law for the Moore-Penrose inverse of various products of three operators on arbitrary Hilbert spaces.
