In the present paper, the authors have presented and described the approximation properties and wavelet expansion generatated by highly regular scaling functions and orthonormal wavelets in the framework of Gelfand-Shilov spaces. Examples of multiresolution analyses from Dziubański-Hernández construction [\textit{J. Dziubański} and \textit{E. Hernández}, Can. Math. Bull. 41, No. 4, 398--403 (1998; Zbl 0955.42021)] of band-limited wavelets with subexponential decay have also been discussed along with the convergence of wavelet series expansions in the same regularity. The other features and key points of paper are as follows \par The statement of the problem and purpose of the solution of the problem are stated clearly. \par The work is original and it shows an incremental advance in the field of study of multiresolution expansion and convergence of wavelet series expansions in Gelfand-Shilov spaces. \par The results are interesting and important to the researchers in the field of proposed area of the research article. \par The paper is mathematically sound and not misleading. It provides sufficient information and in-depth discussion. \par The work is correct and free of obvious errors. The methods and techniques employed are appropriate. The paper is written well enough for evaluation of technical content. The introductory section adequately explains the framework and problems of the research. The importance and usefulness of this research work are clear. Sufficient references are cited for providing a background to the work. The language is understandable. The paper is free of typographical and grammatical errors.
