The main contribution of this research is the theoretical guarantee for any biclustering algorithm applicable to a broad range of data distributions. Moreover, its is able to handle both sparse and dense data matrices. By these means, the novel systematic approach to performance analysis of biclustering algorithms is developed. The efficiency of proposed method is demonstrated on known benchmark biomed dataset and US House of Representatives legislative data.
