The Newlander-Nirenberg theorem is a cornerstone in complex analysis and geometry. It says that a formally integrable complex structure is locally equivalent to the complex structure in complex Euclidean space. By now various proofs of this celebrated theorem using different methods are known (some giving sharp regularity estimates, others aiming at reducing the smoothness assumption on the complex Frobenius structure). Also parametric version of the Newlander-Nirenberg are known that show, e.g., that abstractly defined Levi-flat CR structures are locally CR-embeddable into some complex Euclidean space. The main theorem of the article (Theorem 1.3) gives a parametric version of a Newlander-Nirenberg-type theorem for a family of Levi-flat CR structures, including some regularity statements on the embeddings in terms of the smoothness of the given CR distribution. The proof relies on homotopy formulae involving integral formulae of type Bochner-Martinelli and Koppelman-Leray together with a Nash-Moser smoothing technique, thereby following Webster's method.
