The author studies eigenvalues and minimizers associated with a nonlocal, non-linear and non-homogeneous fractional \(g\)-Laplace operator within a framework of fractional Orlicz-Sobolev spaces. The main involved techniques are based on the use of appropriate Young functions, the direct method in the Calculus of Variations, the Lagrange multipliers method and Poincaré's type inequalities.
