This paper employs the deviated-advanced nonlocal condition of \textit{A. M. A. El-Sayed} et al. [Abstr. Appl. Anal. 2011, Article ID 476392, 9 p. (2011; Zbl 1222.34076)] in the fractional semilinear differential inclusions of \textit{J. Wang} et al. [Commun. Nonlinear Sci. Numer. Simul. 27, No. 1--3, 281--293 (2015; Zbl 1457.34016)], which is discussed in the integral form. The existence of mild solution is proved routinely through nonlinear alternative fixed point theorem of Leray-Schauder type, in which the key is to construct a set-valued operator Ku(t)/Qu(t) satisfying the proposed hypothesis. Above all, the results of this paper generalize the result of Wang [loc. cit.] to the fractional case, and the construction of the set-valued operators might be able to provide the corresponding solution algorithms.
