A classical result of \textit{M. Heins} [Nagoya Math. J. 21, 1--60 (1962; Zbl 0113.05603)] states that a finite Blaschke product is uniquely determined by the set of its critical points up to post-composition with a Mobius transformation. Moreover, the mapping \(F\mapsto B\) where each Blaschke product \(F\) of degree \(d \ge 2\) is assigned to a Blaschke product \(B\) of degree \(d-1\) whose zeros coincide with the critical points of \(F\) is a bijection if \(F\) is considered up to post-compositions with a Mobius transformation and \(B\) up to rotations. A counterpart of this correspondence for infinite Blaschke products was considered by \textit{K. M. Dyakonov} [C. R., Math., Acad. Sci. Paris 352, No. 7--8, 593--595 (2014; Zbl 1297.30079)]. Let \(\mathbb{D}=\{z\in \mathbb{C}: |z|<1\}\), \(S=\partial \mathbb{D}\). Let \(\mathrm{Inn}\) denote the space of all inner functions. Theorem. Let \(J\) be the set of inner functions whose derivative lies in the Nevanlinna class. The natural map \(J/\mathrm{Aut}(\mathbb{D}) \to\mathrm{Inn}/\mathbb{S}^1\) assigning a function \(F\) from \(J\) the inner factor of its derivative \(F'\) is injective. The image consists of all inner functions of the form \(BS_\mu\), where \(B\) is a Blaschke product and \(S_\mu\) is the singular factor associated to a measure \(\mu \) whose support is contained in a countable union of Beurling-Carleson sets, i.e., closed subsets of the unit circle of zero Lebesgue measure whose complement is a union of arcs \(\bigcup_k I_k\) with \(\sum _k |I_k| \log 1/|I_k| <\infty\). Further results are connected with results from [\textit{D. Kraus}, Proc. Lond. Math. Soc. (3) 106, No. 4, 931--956 (2013; Zbl 1273.30047); \textit{D. Kraus} and \textit{O. Roth}, Adv. Math. 241, 58--78 (2013; Zbl 1288.30057)].
