This paper introduces a meshless weak form for spatial approximation of the Oldroyd equation, which is a non-local model with an integral term included in the right hand side. For the temporal discretization, the Crank-Nicolson method is used, and the meshless element free Galerkin technique is employed to approximate the spatial direction. The integral term at the right hand side is approximated by a numerical quadrature. Using the Browder's fixed point theorem, the uniqueness and existence of the discrete solution is proven. The unconditional stability and convergence of the proposed method are proven. The theoretical results are confirmed by three numerical examples.
