The author proves the existence of positive solutions for the systems of nonlinear Riemann-Liouville fractional differential equations \[\left\{\begin{array}{l} D_{0+}^{\alpha}u(t)+\mu_1 f(t,v(t))+\mu_2 g(t,v(t))=0,\,\,\,0<t<1,\\ D_{0+}^{\alpha}v(t)+\mu_1 f(t,u(t))+\mu_2 g(t,u(t))=0,\,\,\,0<t<1, \end{array}\right.\] and \[\left\{\begin{array}{l} D_{0+}^{\alpha}u(t)+\mu_1 f(t,u(t))+\mu_2 g(t,v(t))=0,\,\,\,0<t<1,\\ D_{0+}^{\alpha}v(t)+\mu_1 f(t,v(t))+\mu_2 g(t,u(t))=0,\,\,\,0<t<1, \end{array}\right.\] subject to the multipoint boundary conditions \[\left\{\begin{array}{l} D_{0+}^{\beta}u(1)=\sum_{i=1}^{m-2}\xi_i D_{0+}^{\beta}u(\eta_i),\,\,\,u(0)=0,\\ D_{0+}^{\beta}v(1)=\sum_{i=1}^{m-2}\xi_i D_{0+}^{\beta}v(\eta_i),\,\,\,v(0)=0, \end{array}\right.\] where \(f:[0,1]\times [0,\infty)\to [0,\infty)\) is continuous, \(1<\alpha\le 2\), \(0\le \beta\le 1\), \(0\le \alpha-\beta-1\), \(0<\xi_i,\,\eta_i<1\), \(i=1,\dots,m-2\), \(\sum_{i=1}^{m-2}\xi_i\eta_i^{\alpha-\beta-1}<1\), \(\mu_1,\,\mu_2\in (0,\infty)\) and \(\mu_1\ge \mu_2\). In the proof of the main existence results, the author uses two fixed-point theorems for \(\gamma\) concave and \((-\gamma)\) convex operators.
