The authors study and classify tube comains $D=\Omega +i \mathbb{R}^{n+1}\subset \mathbb{C}^{n+1}$ with an affinely homogeneous base $\Omega$. They start from a hypersurface $\Gamma \subset \mathbb{R}^{n+1}$, which is homogeneous under a group $\mathrm{Aff}(\Gamma)$ of affine automorphisms. The domain $\Omega $ is homogeneous under $\mathrm{Aff}(\Gamma)$ and its boundary contains $\Gamma$. If the second fundamental form of $\Gamma $ is definite, then this hypersurface $\Gamma$ is affinely equivalent to the hypersurface defined by the equation $$x_{n+1}=\sum _{i=1}^n x_i^2.$$ This is the first main result of the paper. When the second fundamental form of $\Gamma $ is Lorentzian and the isotropy group is large enough, the authors determine the possible hypersurfaces up to equivalence. There are 7 types. For instance the first type is the hypersurface with equation $$x_{n+1}=x_1x_n+\sum _{i=2}^{n-1}x_i^2.$$ This is the second main result. The Cartan's moving frame method is used for studying the group $\mathrm{Aff}(\Gamma )$ and the isotropy group. In case of the hypersurface with equation $$x_{n+1}=x_1x_2+x_1\sum _{j=3}^nx_j^2\quad \text{and}\ x_1>0,$$ the associated domains $C^>$ and $C^<$ and their holomorphic automorphism groups $G^>$ and $G^<$ are explicitly described. It is proved that these domains $C^>$ and $C^<$ are not Penney balls.
