The authors investigate random matrix models whose action is a sum of quadratic and quartic fermionic terms with random couplings. They use the Bogoliubov quasi-average approach to study phase transitions in random matrix models. The authors prove that although the two-point non-diagonal correlation function vanishes at finite \(N\), it does not vanish in the large \(N\) limit due to spontaneous symmetry breaking. A matrix representation for the fermionic model is presented. The saddle point equations for the partition function in the fermionic random matrix model are given. Saddle points for two replicas are studied. The authors get quasi-average correlation functions by means of the matrix (\(A_{\alpha\beta}\)) which is antisymmetric with complex entries.
