The paper at hand discusses evolutionary inclusions of finding \(u\) given \(f\) such that \[ (u,f)\ni \overline{ \partial_t\mathcal{M}+\mathcal{N}+\mathcal{A}}, \] where \(\mathcal{A}\) is a maximal monotone relation in the space-time Hilbert space \(L_{2,\rho}(\mathbb{R};H)=L_2(\mathbb{R},e^{-2\rho t}dt;H)\) for some Hilbert space \(H\) and \(\mathcal{M},\mathcal{N}\in L(L_{2,\rho}(\mathbb{R};H)\) are bounded linear operators. Given that \(\mathcal{M}\) has a bounded commutator with \(\partial_t\) (the derivative with respect to time) and \(\mathcal{A}\) is invariant under time-translation, the author shows that the condition \[ \Re \langle (\partial_t \mathcal{M}+\mathcal{N})\phi,\phi\rangle_{L_{2,\rho}}\geq c\langle \phi,\phi\rangle_{L_{2,\rho}} \quad (\phi\in C_c^\infty(\mathbb{R};H)) \] to hold for some \(c>0\) is sufficient to show unique existence of the above \(u\in L_{2,\rho}(\mathbb{R};H)\) given \(f\). The well-posedness results accompanied with a result confirming causality of the solution mapping and the independence of \(\rho\) in a certain sense are the most general up-to-date result for (non-autonomous) evolutionary inclusions simultaneously generalising the results of \textit{M. Waurick} [Math. Methods Appl. Sci. 38, No. 4, 665--676 (2015; Zbl 1366.34085)] and \textit{S. Trostorff} and \textit{M. Wehowski} [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 101, 47--65 (2014; Zbl 1293.34073)]. The paper at hand concludes with an application to the well-posedness of nonlinear semistatic Maxwell's equations.
