The Chevalley-Eilenberg complex of the limit of the Lie algebra of symplectic derivations on (graded) free Lie algebras is isomorphic to the graph complex defined by the cyclic Lie operad (details e.g., in [\textit{L. Corwin} (ed.) et al., The Gelfand Seminars, 1990-1992. Basel: Birkhäuser (1993; Zbl 0780.00044)]). This paper introduces an extension of (the dual of) the construction to a Lie algebra of symplectic derivations on free differential graded Lie algebras (dgls). Given a finite-dimensional graded vector space \((W,\omega)\) with symmetric inner product of even degree and \(\delta\) a differential of degree \(-1\) on the completed free Lie algebra \(\hat{L}W\), the author constructs a \(W\)-labeled graph complex \(C^{\bullet,\bullet}_{com}(W)\) and a chain map \(C^{\bullet,\bullet}_{\small com}(W)\longrightarrow C^{\bullet,\bullet}_{\small CE}(\mbox{Der}_\omega(\hat{L}W))\) to the Chevalley-Eilenberg (double) complex \(C^{\bullet,\bullet}_{\small CE}(\mbox{Der}_\omega(\hat{L}W))\) of the differential graded Lie algebra (dgl) \((\mbox{Der}_\omega(\hat{L}W),\mbox{ad}(\delta))\) of symplectic derivations on \(\hat{L}W\). It is known that characteristic classes of simply connected fibrations are related to Lie algebras of derivations [\textit{M. Schlessinger} and \textit{J. Stasheff}, ``Deformation theory and rational homotopy type'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1211.1647}] and [\textit{D. Tanré}, Homotopie rationelle: modèles de Chen, Quillen, Sullivan. Berlin etc.: Springer Verlag (1983; Zbl 0539.55001)]. The author applies his construction to describe some characteristic classes of fibrations whose fiber is a \(1\)-punctured even-dimensional manifold by linear combinations of graphs though the cohomology of the dgl of derivations.
