This work is a continuation of [\textit{S. Suhr}, Münster J. Math. 11, No. 1, 13--47 (2018; Zbl 1410.49054)] and it deals with the dual problem of optimal transportation in the Lorentz-Finsler geometry. The authors show that this dual problem may have no solutions in the general case, not even the presence of an optimal coupling being sufficient for guaranteeing their existence. However the existence of dual solutions is obtained later under natural and not very demanding hypotheses and it is shown that it yields that the optimal transport is timelike on a set of full measure. Some illustrating examples are also provided. Afterwards the persistence of absolute continuity along an optimal transportation is investigated, while a solution to the relativistic Monge problem is provided as well. The construction of the paper is rather atypical as the proofs are all gruped in the fourth section.
