The authors present a numerical technique for solving certain fractional differential equations. The method is similar in spirit to linear multistep methods but it uses a different type of underlying interpolation operators. The precise nature of these operators is unfortunately described only in a rather vague manner. A very long part of the paper is devoted to a quite lengthy calculation of the method's coefficients. A brief and not very detailed analysis of the method's properties is provided. A small number of (apparently artificially constructed and not really representative) numerical examples are given too.
