This article examines conditions under which division symbol \(p\)-algebras of prime degree \(p\) over a field of characteristic \(p\) are ``linked'' in case that \(p=3\). Several linkage properties are studied, such as being ``cyclically linked'', ``inseparably linked'', ``totally cyclically linked'', or ``totally inseparably linked''. For instance, two such algebras over a base field \(F\) are \textit{totally cyclically linked} if every cyclic degree \(p\) field extension of \(F\) that embeds into one of them also embeds into the other one. It is always true that inseparably linkage implies cyclically linkage. For \(p=3\) and \(F\) being quadratically closed, the author proves the following two results. First, if the third Kato-Milne cohomology of \(F\) vanishes, then cyclically linkage is in fact equivalent to inseparably linkage (Corollary 4.5). Secondly, it is shown that being totally cyclically linked implies being inseparably linked (Corollary 4.7). These results rely on a criterion on when a certain symbol in the third Kato-Milne cohomology \(\mathrm{H}_3^3(F)\) vanishes (Theorem 4.1).
