The author consider the Cauchy problem of the incompressible micropolar fluids equations in the three-dimensional whole space which describes the flows of fluids whose particles undergo translations and rotations as well. It is shown that there exists a unique global strong solution to the three-dimensional incompressible micropolar equations under the assumption that times of the velocities and its gradients in the \(L^2\) norm is suitable small.
