A quasi-uniformity ${\mathcal U}$ on a set $X$ is called $QH$-singular if there is no distinct quasi-uniformity ${\mathcal V}$ on $X$ such that the Hausdorff quasi-uniformities of ${\mathcal V}$ resp. ${\mathcal U}$ induce the same topology on the power set of $X$. The author obtains results and examples concerning the question of when the (transitive) quasi-uniformity generated by a partial order is $QH$-singular.
