The aim of this paper is to study embeddings of the homogeneous Orlicz-Besov spaces \(\dot{B}^{\alpha,\Phi}(\Omega)\) (where \(\Omega\) is a domain in \(\mathbb R^n\), \(n\ge2\), \(\alpha\in\mathbb R\) and \(\Phi\) is a Young function, i.e., it is positive, continuous, increasing and convex on \([0,\infty)\) and satisfies \(\Phi(0)=0\), \(\Phi(\infty)=\infty\)) into Lebesgue spaces. The Orlicz-Besov space \(\dot{B}^{\alpha,\Phi}(\Omega)\) is the space of all measurable functions in \(\Omega\) with finite (semi-)norm \[ \|u\|_{\dot{B}^{\alpha,\Phi}(\Omega)} =\inf\Big\{\lambda>0: \int_\Omega\int_\Omega\Phi\Big(\frac{|u(x)-u(y)|}{\lambda|x-y|^\alpha}\Big) \frac{\text{d}x\,\text{d}y}{|x-y|^{2n}}\le1\Big\}. \] For \(\alpha=s-n/p\), \(\Phi(t)=t^p\), where \(s>0\) and \(p\ge1\), the space \(\dot{B}^{\alpha,\Phi}(\Omega)\) coincides with the homogeneous Besov space \(\dot{B}^{s}_{pp}(\Omega)\). Note that this space is nontrivial if \(s\in(0,1)\). \par The author extends known characterization of domains \(\Omega\) supporting the embedding \(\dot{B}^{s}_{pp}(\Omega)\to L^{np/(n-sp)}(\Omega)\) (\(s\in(0,1)\), \(p\in[1,n/s)\)), obtaining results corresponding to the embedding \(\dot{B}^{\alpha,\Phi}(\Omega)\to L^{n/|\alpha|}(\Omega)\) (for \(\alpha\in(-n,0)\) and optimal \(\Phi\)) via globally \(n\)-regular domains. His proof of the main result relies on a geometric inequality involving \(\Phi\) and \(\Omega\), extending a well-known geometric inequality of \textit{L. Caffarelli} and \textit{E. Valdinoci} [Calc. Var. Partial Differ. Equ. 41, No. 1--2, 203--240 (2011; Zbl 1357.49143)] and \textit{O. Savin} and \textit{E. Valdinoci} [J. Math. Pures Appl. (9) 101, No. 1, 1--26 (2014; Zbl 1278.49016)].
