On a Hilbert-type integral inequality in the whole plane related to the extended Riemann zeta function (Q2313052)

Using methods of real analysis and the weight functions, the authors derived and proved a few equivalent conditions of a Hilbert-type integral inequality with a nonhomogeneous kernel in the whole plane. As applications of the results obtained, a few equivalent conditions of a Hilbert-type integral inequality with a homogeneous kernel in the whole plane are derived and proved. Furthermore, operator expressions and a few particular cases of Hilbert-type inequalities are also examined and discussed.
