Sturm-Liouville boundary value problems on a three edge graphs with two vertices are considered. At the one vertex continuity and Kirchoff conditions are imposed, while at the other vertex all boundary conditions which result in a degenerate eigenvalue problem are characterized, catalogued and classified in various groupings. It is interesting to read the current article in conjunctions with page 121 of [\textit{M. A. Naimark}, Linear differential operators. Part I: Elementary theory of linear differential operators with additional material by the author. Translated by E. R. Dawson. English translation edited by W. N. Everitt.
