Recovering differential operators with a retarded argument (Q2313379)

This paper considers second-order differential operators with a constant delay. The results are as follows: the properties of their spectral characteristics are established, the inverse problem of recovering the operators from their spectra is studied, and constructive algorithms for inverse problems and the uniqueness of the solution are established. It has comparatively higher theoretical and practical value.
