Marie Jean Antoine Nicolas de Caritat, Marquis de Condorcet (Nicolas de Condorcet, in short) (1743--1794) happened to be a French philosopher and mathematician. About him, and his influence on daily life in France, much is known and written, notably also regarding the Académie des Sciences and politics. The author of the paper under review is a well-known expert in respect to all aspects of Condorcet's life, works, and correspondences. This relatively small survey (13 pages) presents nevertheless a bunch of details about the scientific correspondences of Condorcet. The author provides the details of what it is all about and the where-abouts (i.e. where these correspondences are related to and to whom), as well as the data of the correspondences and its locations. The importance of the paper is also enhanced by an extensive list of literature; highly recommended. View also the electronic Wikipedia information as to Condorcet.
