\textit{C. Park} [Bull. Sci. Math. 132, No. 2, 87--96 (2008; Zbl 1140.39016)] proved the Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of homomorphisms in quasi-Banach algebras, associated to the Cauchy functional equation. In this paper, the authors prove an extension of the Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of homomorphisms in \(p\)-Banach algebra associated to the Cauchy functional equation.
