A quasilinear parabolic-elliptic model of chemotaxis with logistic source term \(\mu u(1-u)\) is studied in bounded domains of \(\mathbb{R}^n\). Under some assumptions on \(\mu\), using a Lyapunov functional, convergence of solutions to the homogeneous state \(u=1\) is shown.
