    Summary: In this paper, we consider the Brezis-Nirenberg problem for the nonlocal fractional elliptic equation \(\mathcal{A}_\alpha u \left(x\right) = N \left(N - 2 \alpha\right) u \left(x\right)^p + \varepsilon u \left(x\right), x \in \Omega, u \left(x\right) > 0, x \in \Omega, u(x) = 0, x \in \partial \Omega\), where \(0 < \alpha < 1\) is fixed, \(p = (N + 2 \alpha) / (N - 2 \alpha)\), \(\varepsilon\) is a small parameter, and \(\Omega\) is a bounded smooth domain of \(\mathbb{R}^N(N \geq 4 \alpha)\). \(\mathcal{A}_\alpha\) denotes the fractional Laplace operator defined through the spectral decomposition. Under some geometry hypothesis on the domain \(\Omega\), we show that all solutions to this problem are least energy solutions.
