The study of the main subject (contained in its title) is well motivated in the introductory section. In particular, it is emphasized that, in contrast to previous related work [\textit{A. Debrouwere} and \textit{J. Vindas}, Math. Nachr. 292, No. 3, 573--602 (2019; Zbl 1448.46010)], the arguments here are based on the mapping properties of the short-time Fourier transform (STFT). As an advantage of such an approach, the authors explain that it avoids duality theory, and could be used to deduce structural theorems without resorting to standard (and rather advanced) dual Mittag-Leffler arguments. After a detailed account of necessary tools, and, in particular, weight sequences and their properties, the topological equivalence of the observed spaces of Gelfand-Shilov type is proved by using the convenient continuity properties of the STFT and its adjoint transform. For the entire collection see [Zbl 1415.35004].
