The author generalizes the Lipschitz property on multi-functions. The domain and the range spaces of those multi-functions are actually metric spaces. The local controllability of a mapping's values provides a field of aplications. These applications may be the approximation of some multi-functions by other ones. These approximations are also useful to the optimal bounds' problem, between the value-functions of optimization problems.
