Previously Jacquet-Rallis proposed a relative trace formula approach to the Gan-Gross-Prasad conjecture for automorphic forms on unitary groups. Wei Zhang proved smooth transfer over the \(p-\)adic fields, and Zhiwei Yun proved the fundamental lemma. Based on these works Wei Zhang was able to derive a version of Gan-Gross-Prasad conjecture with some local restrictions. One of the restriction is that the number field in question splits over archimedean fields. This paper removes the above local restriction by producing a smooth transfer result over archimedean field. The author does not prove that all test functions have a smooth transfer, but rather proves a dense subset of the test functions have smooth transfer. This is enough for application purposes. The proof follows Zhang's work in the \(p\)-adic case. The key observation is that while Zhang's method does not carry over to archimedean field for all test functions, it does work for a dense subset.
