Let \((X, [\omega])\) be a compact Kähler manifold of complex dimension \(n\). The space of Kähler potentials (in the class of \([\omega]\)) is given by \(\mathcal{H}:=\{\phi\in C^\infty(X) |\quad \omega+dd^c\phi>0\}\). Mabuchi defined a natural metric on \(\mathcal{H}\) by \(\langle \psi_1, \psi_2\rangle_\phi=\int_M \psi_1\psi_2 \omega_\phi^n\) for \(\psi_1, \psi_2\in T_\phi \mathcal{H}\). For any path \(\phi(t)\in \mathcal{H}\), the geodesic equation is given by \(\phi''-\frac 12 |d\phi'|^2_{\phi}=0\). In this work, the authors use new estimates developed by W. He to extend a theorem of the second author on the existence of weak \(C^{1,1}\) geodesics between two smooth non-degenerate Kähler potentials to the case where the metrics on the end points may have conical singularities on some analytic set and may be positive semi-definite. We recall that a metric with a cone of angle \(\beta\) along a subvariety is a metric whose local model is the following metric on \(\mathbb{C}^n\) with a cone of angle \(\beta\) along the divisor \([z_1=0]\). \[ \omega_{\mathrm{model}}=\frac i2 |z_1|^{2\beta -2}dz_1\wedge d\overline{z}_1 +\frac i2\sum_{j\ge 2}dz_j\wedge d\overline{z}_j. \]
