    Let \(X\) be a subvariety of \(\mathbb P^N\), and let \(D \subset X\) be a subvariety. For \(\lambda\in [0, 1]\) one defines the \(\lambda\)-center of mass of \((X, D)\) as \[ \mu(X, D, \lambda)=\lambda \int_X \frac{ZZ^*}{|Z|^2} d\mu_{FS}+(1-\lambda)\int_D \frac{ZZ^*}{|Z|^2}d\mu_{FS}-\frac{\lambda Vol(X)+(1-\lambda)\mathrm{Vol}(D)}{N+1}Id. \] Note that \(\mu(X, D, \lambda)\) is an element of the Lie algebra of \(SU(n+1)\), for which a norm is given by \(\|B\|_2:=\sqrt{Tr BB^*}\). Furthermore one defines the infimum balancing energy \[ E(V, W, \lambda):=\inf_{ A\in SL(N+1;\mathbb C)} \|\mu(A. V, A. W, \lambda)\|_2. \] Suppose now that \((X, L)\) is a polarized manifold of dimension \(n+1\), and let \(D \subset X\) be a smooth divisor. One says that the triple \((X, D, L)\) is \(\lambda\)-almost asymptotically Chow stable if for all \(k\) sufficiently large, the embeddings \(\Phi_k\) defined by \(L^k\) satisfy \(E(\Phi_k(X), \Phi_k(D), \lambda)=o(k^{-1+\frac{n}{2}})\). In his earlier work with \textit{S. Sun} [``Projective embedding of log Riemann surfaces and K-stability'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1605.01089}] the author studied asymptotic Chow stability for log Riemann surfaces. In this paper he considers the following setup : let \(D\) be a projective manifold of dimension \(n\), and let \(L \rightarrow D\) be an ample bundle. Let \(\hat L := \mathbb P(L \oplus \mathcal O_D)\) be the projective completion of \(L\) with \(M \simeq D\) the divisor at infinity, and denote by \(\mathcal O(1)\) the tautological class on \(\hat L\). Note that \(\hat L \setminus D\) has a complete circle invariant CSCK metric. For some rational number \(\tau_0\) the class \(A:= (1+\tau_0) [D]- \mathcal O(1)\) is an ample \(\mathbb Q\)-divisor, and we fix an integer \(c\) such that \(cA\) is a line bundle on \(\hat L\). The author proves that \((\hat{L}, D, A)\) is \(\frac{2}{3}\)-almost asymptotically Chow stable. More precisely, one has \[ \|\mu(\Phi_k(\hat{L}), \Phi_k(D), \frac{2}{3})\|^2_2=O(k^{-3/2+n}(\log k)^{121}). \] As a consequence one obtains that \((\hat{L},D,cA,0)\) is K-semistable.
