Doubly resolvable canonical Kirkman packing designs and its applications (Q2334086)

In this paper, the authors consider the existence of doubly resolvable canonical Kirkman packing designs of order \(v\) with \(v\equiv 4 \pmod 6\), denoted by DRCKPD(\(v\))s. They describe some recursive constructions for such designs and establish the spectrum for DRCKPDs with 36 possible exceptions. Finally, a simple application of DRCKPDs to permutation codes is presented in the last part of the paper.
