The author considers the coagulation-fragmentation equation where the coagulation kernel is described by \(K(x,y)=x^\alpha y^\beta + x^\beta y^\alpha\), where \(0\le\alpha\le\beta\le1\) with \(\alpha+\beta\in[0,1)\), and the fragmentation rate is given by \(a(x)=x^\gamma\) for \(\gamma>0\). This article presents the existence of stationary solutions for the equation under consideration. The proof utilizes extensive compactness properties for subsets of \(X_m:=L^1(0,\infty;x^mdx)\).
