In the present paper, inverse spectral questions are studied for the indefinite Sturm-Liouville problem \(-y'' + q(x) y = \lambda \rho (x) y\) on \([0, \pi]\) with boundary conditions of the form \(y(0)=0\) and \(y'(\pi) + H y(\pi) = 0\). Here, it is assumed that \(q\) is a non-negative function, \(H\) is a positive constant and \(\rho\) is an indefinite weight function which is constant on \((0,a)\) with value \(1\) and also constant on \((a,\pi)\) with value \(-1\). For the spectral data of this problem (like eigenvalue asymptotics) it is referred to an earlier paper of the same authors (see [Electron. J. Math. Analysis Appl. 5, No. 2, 98--115 (2017; Zbl 1377.34107)]). In a first step the so-called ``main integral equations of the inverse problem'' are obtained. In a second step two problems of this kind are studied with different constants \(H \neq H_1\). Then, from the spectral data the uniqueness of the coefficients \(q, \rho\) and \(H, H_1\) is obtained. Note that these results could be compared with other recent results in indefinite inverse spectral theory (see e.g. [\textit{J. Eckhardt} and \textit{A. Kostenko}, Invent. Math. 204, No. 3, 939--977 (2016; Zbl 1352.34020)]).
