Let \(G/K\) be a symmetric space of noncompact type, \(\mathfrak{g}=\mathfrak{k}+\mathfrak{p}\) the Cartan decomposition of the Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{g}\) of \(G\) with \(\mathfrak{k}\) denoting the Lie algebra of the maximal compact subgroup \(K\), \(\mathfrak{a}\subset \mathfrak{p}\) a maximal abelian subspace and \(W\) the corresponding Weyl group. If \(U^{\mathfrak k}\) is the commutant of \(\mathfrak k\) in the universal enveloping algebra \(U\) of \(\mathfrak g\), then the algebra \(U^{\mathfrak k}/U^{\mathfrak k}\cap U{\mathfrak k}\) is isomorphic to the algebra of invariant differential operators on the symmetric space \(G/K\). The classical results of Harish-Chandra give the map \(\Gamma: U^{\mathfrak k}/U^{\mathfrak k}\cap U{\mathfrak k}\rightarrow U({\mathfrak a})^W\) realizing an isomorphism of this algebra with the algebra of \(W\)-invariant polynomial functions on \(\mathfrak{a}\). The important part of harmonic analysis on \(X\) is the study of the asymptotic behavior of the spherical functions \(\varphi_\lambda\). For \(h_0\in\mathfrak{a}\), the Harish-Chandra \(c\)-function is defined as \( c(\lambda)=\lim\limits_{t\to\infty}e^{-(\lambda-\varrho)(t\,h_0)}\varphi_\lambda(e^{t\,h_0})\), for \(\lambda\in\mathfrak{a}^*\) and \(\Re\lambda>0\). In the present paper, the authors study the asymptotics of spherical functions defined on a supersymmetric generalization of Riemannian symmetric spaces. They compute the Harish-Chandra \(c\)-function for a generic class of rank-one purely non-compact Riemannian symmetric superspaces \(X=G/K\) in terms of Euler \(\Gamma\) functions, and they show that for some choice of \(c_0=c_0(\varrho)\neq 0\) \[ c(\lambda)=c_0\frac{2^{-\lambda}\,\Gamma(\lambda)}{\Gamma(\tfrac12(\lambda+\tfrac{m_\alpha}{2}+1))\,\Gamma(\tfrac12(\lambda+\tfrac{m_\alpha}{2}+m_{2\alpha}))} \] if \(\alpha\) is anisotropic and \(c(\lambda)=c_0\,\lambda\) if \(\alpha\) is isotropic, where \(\varrho=\tfrac12(m_\alpha\,\alpha+2 m_{2\,\alpha}\,\alpha)\) and \(m_\alpha\) and \(m_{2\alpha}\) are multiplicities of \(\alpha\) and \(2\alpha\), respectively.
